    COVID and ACT lockdown intervened and there was an unavoidable short delay in the build commencement date. Richard kept us totally up to date with developments and revised construction start dates. He sourced quality materials which were delivered, neatly placed without inconvenience, on our property in just the right time prior to work commencement. Richard and the “The Deck Wizard” team commenced construction on the date agreed. The weather was pretty cold, windy and frequently raining, but the team pressed on regardless, and without any disruption or inconvenience at all to our household. The job was completed in the time anticipated.

    We cannot fault the complete professionalism and amazing effective communication of Richard and The “The Deck Wizard” team. We are thrilled with our new deck/balcony which has certainly added value and a great aesthetic to our property.
